There are lots of ways you can learn to be your healthiest self. This project focuses on things like:
reading and writing
listening to, creating, and performing music
admiring and creating artwork like drawings and paintings
watching or participating in a theatrical production
And health can mean your:
emotional wellness (managing feelings, dealing with the unexpected, etc.)
physical wellness (taking care of your body through nutrition, exercise, and sleep)
social wellness (connecting with others in meaningful ways)
environmental wellness (creating and maintaining positive spaces in your home, school, and community)
